I have a question I have the same fridge. The display on the front of the fridge that shows all the features shouldn’t that be on 24 seven especially at night when you come to get a glass of water do you want to be able to see the feature? Mine is not on how do I keep it on 24 seven

This is great!! I had no idea how to get the temperature changed and my refrigerator is way too cold.

Now, I need to know why you don't have a lightbulb on your panel. Yesterday a red light icon came on above my lightbulb and the entire panel remains lit. I can't figure out how to make it go off and perform normally. Any idea? I also am having a problem with the freezer drawer handle coming loose.

You were able to tell me where to find the temperature control for the refrigerator and freezer. The extended warranty company and customer service could not tell me. The problem I am having is that periodically the refrigerator items begin freezing and has ice crystals on them, as well as the freezer does the same. My temperature controls, thanks to you, show 37 degrees and 0 degrees, so they are set to the recommended temperature. However, we still have the same problem as described above. Any suggestions or should I move the temperature up for both the freezer and the refrigerator and how many degrees?

Hi, Handy. Thanks for this video. I was amazed that this was not covered in the manuals that came with the refrigerator.

I went through this process and the temp was at the recommended 37. I did it because a bottle of soda on the top shelf had ice in it!!. Nothing else had that problem, not even a small bottle of water on the top shelf.

Why would this happen?

Good morning, excuse me, I have a Whirlpool refrigerator with two doors and two drawers. I bought it half-used and it was very good, but water started to fall from the bottom, so my husband uncovered it and it was boiling and he put a heater on to melt it and then We connect it and it no longer cools or freezes, what can we do?
