Hi, do you know what to do if the led lights lose brightness?

Do you know what to do if you accidentally turn it off by holding down the thermostat button for 3 secs? I've repressed it but now all the led lights are on but not the main fridge light.. not sure if I've turned it back on properly or not..

in my fridge, mutliple lights are flashing at the same time. I have no idea what it does then but it sure doesn't feel cold inside
