Paramedics are professional care providers, qualified to provide advanced medical treatment to patients in emergency and life-threatening cases prior to the arrival at hospital, and are at the forefront of Magen David Adom. How do Paramedics work in Israel on the Sabbath?, in North America we respond to a lot of non urgent transfers and non urgent calls on a daily basis, would a Sabbath practicing Paramedic would only respond to real real emergencies on that day ?
