worked on SQL Server 2022! Thank you very much! Guys import the registry first, then change it, in order for you to have a back up in case something going wrong.

I really appreciated it, was looking to solve this issue almost a month. even though it completes with only one error which is "Error installing SQL Server Reporting Services
Error code: 1639" but I am able to run ssms and connect to db with no issue . But thank you !!!!

When I run the command for checking the size info on Windows 11, I actually get the proper size that is compatible for SQL Server. Should I also try this solution? One more question, if I already have SQL Server installed on my machine in Windows 10. How can I apply the solution after I update to Windows 11?
