Hunter I’ve been watching this stupid beef between you and Trigili. Can I suggest the theory of natural hygiene for your digestion issues. Basically don’t combine proteins and carbs in the same meal. Also if you eat a protein meal and then want carbs the next meal you need to wait 4 hours. If you want a protein meal after a carb meal you need to wait 2 hours. Veggies can be eaten with either meal but not fruit. If you want any fruit at all during the day make it your first meal then wait half an hour before your next meal. The book Fit for Life by Harvey Diamond explains this way of eating in great detail, give it a try. It helps for contest prep too. So a day of eating might look like this: 8am 1 piece fruit 8:30am carb meal(cream of rice) 10:30 protein shake 12:30 meat 2:30 protein shake 4:30 meat 8:30 carb. Just try it for one week and see if your digestion improves. Also if you do decide to eat any veggies with the two meat meals it can’t be potato. Potato is the exception it’s so starchy it’s considered a carb.
