I am currently in Level L. I am in middle school. I am doing calculus. I hate my life. I hate everything. Why do I have this in my brain? I have no idea, but as long as my mom keeps shelling out that money to the person who runs this place, I will be forever stuck here. I can only find solace in how one day we might be able to escape. As someone who went to kumon since preschool-kindergarten (and is still doing it right now) because of my asian parent, yeah, it’s tough, but it does help in the future, it’s advanced, and it really helped me getting advanced with math (learning algebra I and geometry in eighth grade). They also do foreign language like Japanese and Mandarin.

I've enrolled in kumon when I was in Kinder and now I'm in 7th grade. The time I'm typing this and in all of my years I have to say,

I started doing kumon when i was 5, still doing it right now. Its boring but its also helping me right now, When i was 5 i started kumon reading, at the time i didnt know how to write properly or read properly, Kumon fixed that, at a young age it taught me about topics that i wouldnt learn for another 3-4 years. For Kumon math it sure is helpful, it was really easy to progress through and only took me about 7 minutes per worksheet. From what i know everyones experiences with kumon are different, it could be fun, boring, are plain horrible.

In the Philippines it is different, they give worksheets to us at the center and they also give homework to do at home, but they never give the answer book. The teacher is the one who is gonna check it
