I'm 17, and started on kumon last year. From what I can see, and from my own experience, I have to say: it's incredible to do as someone who lost a lot of important stuff in school, and seems to be terrible for children. The method is actually great when you're focused on it, and not being forced by your parents. I'm glad my parents never put me through it when I was too young tho.

Ours were timed. The longer you did ur work = the more you got charged :)
