Well, I wish you could have said more. More of the tricks they do to your car and say your car needs this. Maybe allow you to see first hand of the inspection of the car or problem. I hating telling them what I think is wrong, they run with that instead of really checking what's wrong with it for real. Just because you a lady they take advantage of with the prices. One told me it will be just 75.00 off top just to look at it, but they want to keep my car over night. That's a red flag in my book.
