Doubling up on the Bootlace Ferrules

Two wires into one hole? A twin ferrule is the answer!

Double crimps makes circuit diagnostics a nightmare as you have to cut them of to test individual circuits. MCBs are generally made to accept two ferrules.

Thank you for showing the correct insertion technique - i.e. never to twist the strands before inserting into a crimp-type terminal.

the terminals for this series of breaker are engineered for flexible stranded cable, so ferrules are not needed.

I use them all the time for control wiring, looping from one relay to the next. Try placing two wire back into the device you have just replaced, you never have enough room or need more than two hands.

Never seen the 2 into 1. Could be handy in some cases. Makes for a very neat installation.
