I think our channel tells you exactly what we are about within seconds. I think the hardest part for any creator to conquer is to get people to actually come to your page and discover you.

We did redo all our graphics just for that reason though, so our brand was very obvious from the second you visit us, there is no question who our target audience is.

Like you mentioned with games, a lot of gamers think there is one way to make and edit gaming videos but if they tried something completely different on the editing side or the way they present thier game it might bring them the reach they desire.

I mainly do gymnastics but I try to stand out by doing skits, comedy, and how-to's infused into a short simple Casey vlog style. I think editing is important for standing out. Don't you think?

The double (or even triple) niche thing was a great idea! I had been brainstorming for weeks about how I could stand out in the sea of other relationships channels and now the ideas are flooding in! I subscribe to both of your channels, and whenever I feel discouraged, I just watch a video or two and my enthusiasm is rejuvenated. Building a brand is a marathon and not a sprint, but the encouragement you provide in the form of fresh ideas and well reasoned advice is often the fuel that keeps me going. I'd love it if you could provide more examples of people doing this well. I'd really like to see someone who did as you said 3 and 4 niches.

Our channel is exactly in the double niche. Makeup/beauty for women in their 40's and 50's. We're trying right now to expand that and go a bit deeper with it. We're meeting others in the beauty niche and learning from them.
