It's actually not the longest, in operation wooden leg, a strike was carried out by F15's in Tunis.

Not many know this but Israel has conducted airstrikes with fighter jets the range of 2, 000 km almost 40 years ago in “Operation Wooden Leg”. This is why Iran should be very wary about Israel's long range capabilities.

Imagine what Houthis could achieve for the Yemenis if they focused their energies on helping them instead.

Anti-air threat may not have been too significant. IDF has in the past used air-launched Popeye missiles against Syrian targets. That missile has a stand-off capability of 50 to 200 miles depending on variant. Should it be preferable they also have submarine-launched Popeyes. Israel can pretty much hit any of their enemies at any time.
