Set your tortillas directly on the griddle, and flip them often till they get some color, then put them in a towel to keep them warm until you are ready to make you tacos!

My favorite pan over the last 6 or 8 yrs has been my all clad non-stick griddle. It’s tiny but cooked one thing at a time ok. Well I’m upgrading to a gigantic custom SteelmadeUSA griddle top for my wolf 36” range top. It’s on order. cannot freaking wait!

Love it bro ..I'm cooking in a old 1950$ hotel in the water here in Destin FL . I got one of those $20 griddles from Walmart LOL in the hotel is Cadillac an apartment but it's right on the water thanks for the ideas bro can't wait to do the smash burgers
