Invocation and Evocation: Basis of the New World Religion

Religion is the name given to the invocative appeal of humanity and the evocative response of the greater Life to that cry. ~ Master D.K.

Invocation and evocation combine the so-called religious and scientific approach to the recognition and realization of the part (the human being and humanity as a whole) as part of a greater whole, which the Christians call God and scientific thinkers recognize as the planet, Gaia, or the universe as a whole. When each of us becomes aware of our divine or soul nature, we set ourselves on the path of becoming like Christ. We become invocative of the greater, spiritual energies that can flow through us into the world in the form of new, unifying ideals to solve human problems, meet human needs, and truly change the world for the better. Then humanity, too, like Christ is Risen.
