Nepali aloo chukauni 🍋

1 cup curd
juice of 1 lemon
splash of water
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
salt

- whisk till smooth

3 boiled potatoes
1 red onion
handful coriander
toasted sesame seeds

- mix

2 tbsp mustard oil
7 cloves garlic chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp fenugreek (methi) seeds
2 dry red chillies
2 green chilies

- heat up mustard all and let the seeds pop and garlic get golden
- transfer to the chukauni and mix
- serve it with rice and optionally add more sesame seeds and chilli oil too 🌶️

Hi shivangi, I hope u are well and doing good. I wanted to share with you my maggi recipe and wanted you to try it in your next video as I am impatient for knowing your opinion.🦋
Here is the recipe
Take tofu and cut it into small pieces like very small I mean and then roast it (Use oil). Now Take some garlic and roast it too so that it becomes soft. To it add some maggie masala, Salt, onion powder ( optional) and some soy sauce . Mix that into the boiled maggie and add tofu too .
Serve it will some coriander and enjoy !!!
