Recently got the Pixel 7 after my K20 pro suddenly gave out and I've gotta say it's a really well rounded phone for 499$. All my classwork and daily tasks can be done very easily. As someone who doesn't game on phones it's excellent.

Great Video. I hate when people compare benchmarks and say it sucks, benchmarks mean nothing compared to User Experience and real world performance.

The most & only irritating thing about 7 Pro is the battery performance with minimal usage it barely lasts a day and with no usage after full charge it consumes anywhere between 15 to 20 % of battery overnight.

Surprisingly I went from a iphone 14PM to a s23U now I have a p7p... Some may say it's a downgrade but for me I love the pixel, the simplicity but with all the features google offers is a great balance! Pictures are amazing as well!

I think the overall greatest flaw of this phone is just heat management, getting warm when charging, gets hot it loses brightness on a mid summer day, occasionally shuts down due to heat in rare cases. aside that it's the best phone you can get in this range and could easily still sit at 200 bucks above it's current price. but value is what makes it worth it

Well rounded and straightforward review. I've used my P7P for content usage only for the most part so far. I do like the simplicity of how it operates on Android 13, although I do use Nova Launcher, to provide more customization. While the P7P is not the S23 Ultra nor the 14 Pro series, its not supposed to be, amd that is why it still stands out. Funny thing is, I have only seen one person over the last year with the P7P...

i got to say, the 7 Pro has been fantastic... i have ONE wish for the 8 series and that's to bring back dual front facing speakers. i miss them so freakin' much that i often contemplate going back to my older Pixel phones. Nothing beats stock android though and i don't care how good Samsung's flagship phones are because i hate the way they try to force you into the samsung apps over the stock apps. bixby blows & the bloatware is unacceptable on a flagship phone

I’ve struggled not to buy the 7 pro. I used iPhone for years and only upgraded every 2yrs. I switched to the 6 pro…… and for all its flaws I still love it. But lessons learned from iPhone, I will be upgrading to the 8 pro. But i do wish I had changed to android last year and not the year before as everyone has said the 7 pro is just much more polished then the 6 pro.

I just bought a P7P and I have to say I'm really loving it so far. It does everything I need it to do and I enjoy the pure Android experience. I love the way the P7P processes photos. I have no regrets with my purchase.

Best thing I ever did going from s 21 to P7P, longer battery, better connection, and both phones got warm while using them

I switched from the Note 20 Ultra to a Pixel 7 Pro, it's been a love hate affair so far. 😢😂 I would say your video is spot on. I bought two Pixels at the same time but I'll be going back to next year's Note 24 with the new battery technology. These will make great backup phones for years to come.

7 Pro still awesome, but I enjoy my S23 Ultra way more in my opinion. Great video, can't wait for the Pixel 8 Pro review later this year!

Im from india, This is a review i posted in Flipkart where i brought the pixel 7 pro from, I am pasting same review here:
I have been a long-time fan of the Pixel series, having used the Nexus 5, Nexus 6P, Pixel 2, and now the Pixel 7 Pro. My experience also extends to several Samsung flagship and mid-range phones. Before purchasing the Pixel 7 Pro, I was using the iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Despite my history with Pixel devices, I must admit that I found the Pixel 7 Pro underwhelming. It doesn't quite meet the standards of a flagship device, and surprisingly, it reminded me more of Samsung's Note 20 Ultra with the Exynos chipset. It appears to me as if the Pixel 7 Pro is essentially a repackaged version of that phone, albeit with a few design tweaks and the Pixel OS.

Regrettably, it shares the same overheating issues I experienced with the Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Even the Pixel Buds seem strikingly similar to Samsung's Buds, and I noticed a lot of resemblances in the corresponding headphone apps as well. Given the ongoing partnerships between Samsung and Google, it wouldn't be surprising if Google is essentially repurposing Samsung's older phones, headphones, and watches with minor hardware and software alterations.

In terms of camera quality, while the Pixel 7 Pro is decent, it's now overshadowed by the current Samsung phones, which produce significantly superior photos. This is a noticeable shift from the past when Pixel was the leader in smartphone photography.

On numerous occasions, my Pixel 7 Pro prevented me from using the camera due to overheating. Considering the device's performance and my overall experience, I would only recommend this phone as a mid-range option. However, its current price is too high for that category. A price tag of around 60k, excluding any discounts, would be more appropriate. At 80k, I believe it's not worth it and would recommend opting for a quality Samsung phone instead.

Additionally, I also use an Asus ROG 3 phone. It offers more useful features than the Pixel, although the camera quality isn't as good, it lacks waterproofing, and the display isn't quite up to par. However, if future ROG phones improve their camera capabilities, I would definitely consider purchasing them.
