Yes you are right about the limit being 500 for mass emailing. However 500 is the limit on a one time mass email, the total daily email limit is 2000. Great video

Hey, Nick. I am an outside sales representative who sells products to three different customer groups, all B2B. Can you recommend a CRM that:
1. Helps separate all the businesses into these 3 groups
2. Create the best route for every city I travel to
3. Email blasts for the different groups
4. Create a timeline of notes with action items completed and for future action items per business

Thanks so much for the vid. Most of the work in my business is collecting costumer’s information about different subscriptions for each, follow up before end of current subscription and collect their documents.
I wonder if Monday is my best option, because it’s quite pricy

Is there a way to mark all new line items as leads? Adding 200 new prospects and having to go through and click each one to change their status to the same thing isn't the best use of time for a sales person.

Is the ability to email leads different from the ability to email team members directly from monday? I previously was able to email team members and also emailed clients without having monday crm...now I am unable to email anyone.

Nick maybe you can speak to this. If I log an activity in the activities section and link with a lead I don't see within the lead where that activity is, But I can also pull up a lead and create and activity there. What is best practice? I'm not being tracked for outcalls, but out call data would be helpful to have visible for my management team. Within the lead can you create a view that shows call summary activity?

I have a question. Watched the video on deals v leads. If I have a project as a lead. Who/what is the lead when the info presented to me shows a project name. i.e New Hospital in Wellington. Included in the info is a list of individuals involved incl Senior Manager. Is this individual the lead (because I can email/phone him). If so what do I do with all the other info about the building project

Why do you not recommend embedding the form? What alternative lead capture methods are there and how would they be utilized?

If you are looking at the email log will it show all the emails being sent to the client for anyone that sends it through Monday. For instance if one sales person Jake sends and email to John through Monday to keep track it records that since Jake is the one in Monday sending the email. But if Alex comes into the system can he see the emails Jake has sent to John?

Sounds good, but you waste too much time calling leads because you can't click to call from the platform. You have to manually fill the numbers into a phone one at a time.

Why in the world would they not add a click to call function or phone burner built in? 🤦🤦
