Hello! First time viewer! I love how much you guys like flavor. The liberal use of everything bursting with flavor reminds me of how I like to cook. I personally have never had it with sauce or cheese and am kind of a traditionalist when it comes to this recipe, but it must be incredibly delicious and innovation is the driving force behind great new recipes.

Looks delicious but for me I never use tomato/marinara sauce. Strictly fennel seed and hot sausage with the peppers and onions nothing else. I am a born and raised New Yorker and stick with the no sauce rule. Either way, never mind my preference these look amazing as usual Fella's.
