Gotta say, I was NOT expecting to click on a one piece video and hear a GORGEOUS rendition of “autumn leaves” from a stranger but I’m pretty happy about it

I love how jumpy and cheery the nature of “We Are” is and how positively it can make people who don’t even know the first thing about the song or One Piece feel happy just by hearing it. “We Are” really does capture the embodiment of One Piece. It’s beautiful.

It’s funny. We are makes me grin stupidly at the screen and with the wholesomeness of the little girl and old man, it was so easy to just be happy. Then comes Bink’s sake and suddenly I have tears coming out of my eyes, while smiling. And then comes Overtaken and I had to stand and just start walking / to get handkerchiefs, to look at myself in the mirror, and back to get the phone and write this comment. Back to grinning.
But that’s just the amazing power of One Piece and how good plays of these songs can bring out such strong emotions 💜 thank you for sharing!
