Is there a way to get around adding a specific address? Can I just put the city and state I live in instead of my actual address?

The one reason why I didn't continue on with Mailchimp, after their 90 trail period, was because of their use of AI in their customer chatbot feature. It was basically 'useless' for anything but standard questions to formulated answers. It provided me with the same standard non-response, which drove me away and this was incredibly frustrating; then overall, there was no way to actually contact Mailchimp properly to get a proper answer to my simple question without paying for an overpriced subscription. I have a PhD in English language studies and teach languages. So Mailchimp's use of AI didn't win for them, from my perspective. AI will stereotype your customers and your responses to them, that's all. It can also be seen as a lazy way to get to know your customers, that will win sometimes. It's the same old numbers game.
