Thank you so much. I wondered why I was having chest pain that radiated to my back. Now I know that I have been having warning signs for a heart attack thanks to your video.

When lying in bed with my GF my left arm and shoulder would begin to ache. So bad I had to push her off. The pain would go away. Then about a year later bam cardiac arrest. At work and the middle of my back started hurting then I began to sweat for no reson I mean sweat. A bit later I went into cardiac arrest on the cat lab table. Lucky. This has never happened since.

Good advice. I've had 3 and they are not the same for the part of the heart affected. Bottom end was heart burn symptoms but the widow maker was major pain across upper chest that I begged for pain killers. Both kinds I went down doing basic things a month before but My brain denied I was having a heart attack. Any symptom that comes with exercise and goes away when you stop is heart related.

I keep having similar symptoms for about a year now. And in the past 4 months it's gotten so severe and intense. They diagnosed me with anxiety. And put me on zoloft. But I'm going to make an appointment with an actual physician to clear me of any medical issues.. cause i literally can not eat or sleep well at all because of thesw symptoms. Amd they happen all the time. I could be doing absolutely nothing at all and then i feel like a hot flash and it feels like butterflies all over my body.. and it sucks. ..
Like right now i have what feels like heart burn in my upper back and nausea and super tired( granted i did not sleep well last night) and a lump in my throat that wont go away...

I've had most of these "signs" for decades. Sometimes less, sometimes more.
