When she says cranberry juice, she means pure cranberry juice! Ocean Spray and other brands use so much juice concentrate and not actual cranberries. They lie to you because those flavors are actually formulated by a technician. Synthetic compounds used to simulate the taste of said juice!

Meat and water elimination cleared up years of kidney issues for me. Used all these 'superfoods' to try fix this ( except watermelon, cannot stand it ), but never got there until the elimination diet. Good luck to any who need to fix kidneys, the issues are not fun.
