On December 21 1999 Flemse airlines flight 189 is on non stop route from Besiege International Airport - Newark Liberty International Airport carrying 261 People on board. In command is Captain Laura Ashley a 33 Year old Female Pilot who was experienced pilot over logged hours of 16, 722 Hours of flying time and First Officer Ben Darwin, a 27 Year old Pilot who is same experience pilot with 12, 820 Hours of flying time. Aircraft was an 19 Year old A340-400 and is named Siege after a Captain Alan Siege (video link below the preparations of flight quotes) who died on American 9543 in Russian Mountains due to shot down

Laura: Um I don’t know what I’m going to do

The Aircraft takes off but something was wrong

Darwin: Um something is wrong with speed
Laura: Did you put flag configuration wrong?
Darwin: no it in right position
Laura: How about the icing
Darwin: I put it correctly
Laura: Looks like were dropping fast
*alarms*
Laura: Uh oh
Besiege controller: What the hell...
The controller suddenly discover something is wrong with the aircraft
Besiege controller: What going on Flemse 189?
Laura: Um we have issues with speed and were almost stalling
Darwin: OH SH**
Darwin: WERE LOSING ALTITUDE AND SPEED IS DECREASING TO 200 MILES
Darwin: FULL THROTTLES!!
Laura: GOT IT
*increase speed sounds*
However it not effective and it continues to stall very quickly
In the cabin passengers notice something is wrong
One recalled shaking violence because the aircraft is not gaining altitude

Then suddenly
*full drop*
Laura: I CAN’T GET ENOUGH SPEED
Darwin: OH GOD NO PULL DOWN
*passengers screams in background*
Darwin: COME ON!!!
The plane is not responding to pitching down and aircraft drops dangerously to ground
Laura: Andrew I loved you

Flemse Airlines flight 189 crashes into runway
Presuming to kill every passengers
Besiege controller: OMG *gets the emergency phone*
One Controller recalled: “I was guiding the United Airlines plane to same runway but I heard commotions in tower. I looked at windows where the controllers are and saw a burning wreckage on ground. Flames are erupting and the controller that is guiding the what it left of plane grab the emergency phone to alert the Emergency airport forces”

Besiege controller: WE GOT A SITUATION ON RUNWAY 15 ALL AVAILABLE PERSONALS MUST GET TO RUNWAY 15 IMMEDIATELY

The fire fighters arrive on scene but only to see dead bodies of passengers. The impact caused a major fire because engines are struggled speeding up
They only found one survivor a 4 year old child and a dog
They only found everyone dead because of inertia of impact. The fire would be taken out by fire fighters and fire was out in 42 Minutes

Child Recalled the accident: “There was nothing at all I heard everyone screaming and I hugged my mommy everything was shaking the lights flickered, Bags were falling from their places and there is a steep climb that i can’t felt. The Airplane crashed and my momma and dad were gone as well as everyone. When I Wake up I found out everyone was dead and my momma that is about to be gone because something pierced through the stomach said “please go I will get out.” And I go and there is a doggy that is trapped and I got him out. When I get out those savers see me and I was crying. Then everything blowed up”
The Child was named Aiden Arsenal, he suffered major blunt force trauma, a broken arm and skull crack and 8 ribs being snapped. He was transported to the hospital and was treated.

Soon or later the NTSB (National Transportation Safety Board) and Bureau of Besiege Aviation Safety (B.B.A.S) Joined the Investigation and they begin find theories
BBAS Team find cases of Flaps being misconfigured or not deployed. They also theorized the pounds of cargo but when they find the FDR and CVR (Flight Data Recorder and Cockpit Voice Recorder) The flaps were set correctly and their weight of aircraft was not at full capacity as well as fuel pound and icing. NTSB and BBAS discover that the Elevator Tab got frozen and snapped off during the departure. It was the unrecognizable it was de iced but however the ice stay without getting melted because the temperature around Besiege was 27F and have led to accident
The FAA have ordered that Icing needed to be defrosted extensively including the belly of aircraft and including gears and everything due to fact that there over 8 accidents involving icing on plane’s parts. A memorial was built in airport’s park.
