An interesting point to make is that these are a direct result of social media sites limiting user options to express their opinions/feedback on other content pieces. Twitter has no dedicated dislike feature, facebook removed their dislike button and switched to different "reactions" and, more recently, youtube removed the dislike portion of the like/dislike bar. People are pushed to use these pieces of modern internet slang as a universal way of saying "I don't like this" / "this is incorrect". It just shows that people will evolve to find a method to circumvent the changes a social media site can/will make if there's enough traction behind it to do so.
