I remember I read an article in 2006 about futuristic towns for 2012. It's the same simulation they didn't change anything. I expect 2030 to be the same except worst that's all

I like that you put the last prediction as one about space. It puts things into perspective. Centuries from now, people will remember our struggle to invest in space projects for a good five decades or so. To them it will have seemed like a blip in time. To us, we are consumed with doubt because 50 years or so appears like significantly more time, filling up the majority of a lifetime.
