I have not been sleeping well this week and last night was very bad. Feeling like what is wrong with me? Feeling stupid. This came at a perfect time. Listening to you grounded me and I now feel like Lamar least reading labels correctly. 😅

Great video Michelle! I've been reading labels for years... I always check for protein first. Focusing on protein has helped my weightloss journy so much! Hi Michelle. Sorry, this comment is not about your video today. Please can you let me know where your video is on protein intake requirements. I know I should start there. I have done a bit of googling around the web about protein intake and am already confused. I am obese at around 35bmi. (50 year old female). Should I base my intake on my current, goal or lean mass body weight? Since I am so overweight, there is quite a lot of difference in the numbers. Many thanks. I just bought Vector cereal yesterday and noticed the same thing as well about the protein lie....I'll eat it but pair it with Fairlife milk so it's even higher protein. I actually prefer Kashi cereal. Another thing that drives me crazy is food that clearly looks like it's a single serving and if you check the label it's actually 2 just to make it look better for you and you know there's no way someone is going to stick to that small of a serving. 🤨
