That is scary but honestly I think my house is haunted because one night I was on my phone and suddenly my phone was going in and out of tabs also opening apps! It even opened one of my texting apps followed by typeing then sending gibberish and in the middle of it my actions were doing and I dropped my phone....😨
Also in the hallways our lights were flickering and I could say it will stop now! And it would stop😮 I was even able to say it will flash 3 times, go dark for 6 seconds then hold the light for 4 before flickering again.🤯

I would've set up a camera to watch the ladder after the first couple of sounds. It's like a person or group exploring haunted attractions, when there's an area of high activity, you set up a camera or something to record it. I bet it was just some animals using the ladder, although I'm not sure what types of wildlife they've got over there.
