I'm on excel 365 on windows 11 why don't I see the same buttons you discuss?

Windows 10, latest version of excel, I can't see any box with an up arrow at the top right. So frustrating! Edit: Ok, click at the top of the screen to display the ribbon temporarily. On the far right of the ribbon is a down arrow. Click it to get drop down menu. Select "Always show ribbon". Generally, I seem to spend ridiculous amounts of time with microsoft products unlearning ingrained habits because things are now in a different menu. And it's supposed to be an improvement.
