4:45 To me, there were two quick and easy explanations to Cypher entering the Matrix alone:

1) The whole "you can't enter the Matrix without an operator" rule is more like a "you can't enter the pool without a lifeguard" rule.

So it's not that it's impossible to go in and out of the Matrix without an operator, but rather operators are the only people who can get you in and out SAFELY (as well as monitor the ship, while people are in the Matrix). So if an operator setup an auto-dialer program, so as to allow for a phone in the Matrix to ring at set times, it would allow for a single person to go into and out of the Matrix without the need for another operator.

2) Since Cypher was working with Agent Smith to betray the humans, it's not out of the realm of possibility for Agent Smith (or the machines, in general) to somehow both "invite in" and "eject" Cypher from the Matrix.

For LOTR, the Eagles also only showed up once they saw that Men were willing to sacrifice themselves at the Battle of the Black Gate to help Frodo, so they saw them as honourable and worth of saving and so assisted them by fighting the Nazgul attacking them. That's also why they were willing to help Gandalf rescue Frodo and Sam at the end once their quest was completed.

I think it's worth mentioning the plot hole of Inside Out, about why Joy didn't simply send the core memories through the recall tube. I think the reason is very simple: given that Sadness turned any memory she touched blue, I think Joy didn't want Anger, Fear, or Disgust to touch the core memories and alter them.

Star Wars - Storm Troopers don't miss.
In every movie they miss theyre under direct orders to miss.
Storm Troopers win taking Leia's Ship, against the Jawas, and defeat the Rebels on Hoth, and Endor with ease.
Storm Troopers miss on the Death Star, When Tarkin orders that they are allowed to escape because of the tracker on the Falcon and on Bespin when they are ordered to force Luke to Darth Vader.

When Storm Troopers are ordered to kill and win it goes quick and easy.
Star Wars must have the most over looked lines of dialogue in cinematic history.

I think the bigger plot hole of “The Dark Knight Rises” is that Wall Street was taken over by Bane’s thugs and the next day Bruce Wayne is bankrupt? It was blatantly obvious that Bane’s men did the illegal trades and they would have been reversed by the FTC. Therefore, Bruce Wayne would not be bankrupt.

The one with the poster was so simple that it should not have been on this list. They show him under the poster working when he stops because he hears something. The poster was attached above, and the mystery was already solved.
