Have you tried Top Sushi behind South Pointe? I moved to LV recently, and Top Sushi quickly became my go to as far as sushi buffets go. Highly recommend.

Also, that breakfast buffet at South Pointe is a deal! Paying less than ihop for a buffet with an omelet station, that's fantastic.
