I've had this before but with leftover jack-o-lantern and it was really good and if you just cook the pumpkin in an oven then it tastes really good and has an amazing texture.

That soup is very thick, if your looking to have a filling meal then it’s perfect!
Me on the other hand I prefer light soups, call me old and be incorrect but my palate is just weird, haha!
