I’ve been walking twice a day for a month and seriously outta shape. Sick and tired of being over weight and feeling sorry for myself and making excuses. I’ve been pushing myself to jog little moments in between my walks. Seriously can’t wait to jog a whole 1 mile and build my miles from their. Seriously focus on changing my lifestyle drinking 2 gallons of water, no artificial sugars, fruits and veggies, light protein and carbs. Even tho it’s hard being around my family and making theses changes I can’t control what they put in their bodies but I have the choice for my mine. Love theses motivational videos so inspiring! All I watch thru the whole day haha it probably drives my fam crazy 😜
