I'm almost 3 months new into and thought it was the lack of player base or over launch of players already in lobbies. Seems the difference between the time zone is about timing but also you've to consider other locations doesn't have the same time set for others to get that opportunity.

This only works in the low ranks. When you get to master and up you have to wait a long time to find other players. There are no bot lobbies up there. I play exclusively on controller and I’ve never hit legendary because of the wait times

Capo Bro.. I got to know that PC version is only limited to Chinese CODM. So basically Chinese CODM Dev decided to create Emulator for CODM China only due to most user-base in mainland China is far more greater then as compared to rest of the world emulator players thus why its going to be released only in China. This I found from Gameloop discord channel while the user who posted this information said that he got the information from Learkers on Duty.

So I request you to confirm if CODM PC version is global or Chinese only since you must have more direct connection to these leakers.
