Do you apply pre-shaving lotion? Comment below!

Not a bad video a few things have been missed as follows
1. Pre-shave cream is easier than oil
2. There is also shaving soap (not just cream and gel)
3. Don't follow someone else's shaving map everyone's hair grows differently
4. Don't ever press down on the razor there should be no presser against the skin

I have very sensitive skin. I’ve tried everything electric razors cartridge razors DE safety Chris throat shaving cream in a can a tin shaving soap shaving balm. Yes everything. The single best thing I ever tried that made the biggest difference and immediate was using a shaving brush. No shit fellas if anyone out there is having trouble shaving and irritation use a shaving soap/something that requires a brush to apply. If you changed nothing else you’d notice a huge difference.

I haven’t watched your content in a while due to just being laser focused on my goals but i would like to say that your channel has come a long way in both growth and quality. Congratulations.

Gillette Fusion sensitive gel works perfectly for me plus I use L’occitane Cade after shave balm. They work very well

I've never thought about using pre shave oil or cream before applying the shaving foam and it prevents the razor pulling and cutting for me so thank you very much 👍🏻

Always always ALWAYS opt to use either a safety razor (easier) or a straight razor (challenging) instead of cartridge or electric razors. I've used cartridge all my life and had tons of problems with razor burn, acne, cuts etc. Once I switched over to a proper safety razor with shave soap and shave brush, it was AMAZING. The difference is insane, so much more smooth and NO RAZOR BURN. Think about it, a cartridge razor with five blades, and doing two to three passes is like 25 blades going on your face vs ONE safety razor/straight razor blade doing two to three passes. It's better, it's cheaper, and it makes me love shaving! No longer a chore, but truly a ritual

Great tips. I get a nasty foliculitis in my chin everytime I shave and I've been looking for tips or recommendations to avoid it. Definitely gonna try some of these. Thanks!

Thank you for this video. I never realized that my shaving routine was so bad until now. Thankfully I already using some of the tools such as a single-bladed razor and coconut oil, however, I'll definitely invest in the other tools mentioned such as the synthetic brush, shaving gel, and after shave.

I use Duke Cannon Face Scrub to prep, lather Superior Grade Shaving Cream with a badger brush, shave using the Rex Ambassador with a Personna Lab Blue, and use Ice Cold After-Shave Balm to finish off. It's perfect.

i typically leave it about a week before i shave, so my facial hair is grown but not long. i'm trying to get into the habit of shaving everyday but can't seem to do it without bleeding upon clean shaving. my technique is to go over my face and neck once in the regular direction, then do the same full process for a close shave. when i leave it a week, this generally gives me no problems at all
