Contemporary Dance Class I Stretch & Routine

Hey yo! We are back with another full dance class at Fringe Dance Studio in Mission Viejo, Ca. I am so happy to share a dance warmup with you consisting of great stretches for flexibility and cardio. We then move into contemporary choreography that is level friendly, a dance you can teach yourself and practice at home!

Absolutely loved this class! One of the best I’ve seen on YouTube! I love how immersive you are with all your dancers and a lovely way to make sure they’re listening! You can see you make them feel appreciated but also work and using all kinds of skills. Wonderful class

I haven't learned the choreography but I did follow along with the stretches and my hack especially feels great!!I'm hoping to learn the routine too and hopefully take a video of it 🤭.I love to dance and you're teaching me not to give up on it despite the fact that I'll be turning 18 on April fools day..in other words I'm not that young anymore ..lol but honestly keep making such videos Miss auti .I love them and they help so much !!thank you for giving back!🥰💃

Hi auti, I just wanna ask you something, my name is Beatriz and I'm 24 years old, from Brazil. I'm going to usa soon & dance is my biggest passion. I really want to make dance my job, but I don't know what to do and where to take classes. I think I will stay in New York.I just had dance classes here in Brazil but that's all...I had contemporary for 5 years. Should I do a dance college or just look for dance jobs and go to auditions? I am so lost and I have no idea what way to go...Well, my question is ... what should a 24 years old girl do for making her passion her real job? I just have one random question: This probably won't make much sense, but what part of your foot do you turn on? What I mean is, I know you shouldn't turn only on the big toe side, or the pinky side, but from where should you turn? (In jazz dance) please help!
