1 warmup stretch etc
2 roadwork ideally 2-3 miles 3 days a week
3 shadow box 4x3 min rounds 40 sec break in-between 5-6 days a week
4 heavy bag work 5x3
5 sparring 1-2 x a week 4-8 rounds
6 mitt work 2-3 rounds
