I'm already at 2 small meals/day. And my lunch is usually around 1pm. I could easily move to omad! 😊 I'm gonna do this!!

Thank you. Great timing. I’ve been doing this since lent 2022 but started to wonder if it was really ok. Overall I’m very healthy but getting my brain in shape as I anticipate getting older and seeing parents and siblings with diminishing cognitive function makes me a little anxious. I've been mainly a silent watcher of alot of ur videos and at the begining of the year I was at an uncomfortable weight 182 mostly started from pregnancy 😅 but after really listening and following all ur steps I lost a little more than 40 pounds in the last 4 or 5 months! Im down to 141 lbs, and that is less than i weighted before pregnancy, so that's just freaking amazing! I also have to give some credit to my lifepro vibration plate that I use for only 15 min a day but I just wanted to stop and really show my thanks and great appreciation for u ur wife and ur family. U guys are truly amazing and ur making a difference in so many lives, including mine. I understand now what is going in the food im eating and what i should stay away from. Those big companies make it hard for the average person to understand the ingredients that go into our food, and it's so amazing how much time u take to educate us. Never stop fighting the good fight. even though we may never meet, I truly love u all so much. ❤ u have changed my view on life and opened my eyes to a new perspective, and I just cannot thank u enough🥰🥰

I feel best when I only eat lunch. Maybe a fruit or healthy snack of some sort around 5ish. It works for me!

I can attest to eating only one meal a day. I have lost a lot of fat, especially in my midriff region of my body. I have been doing this for decade. And at first it was not due to wanting to, but due to cost reason and other factors. Of course i can't eat a well balanced nutritional meal. My income will not allow it. But even with the restriction of my income. I still have seen benefits to one meal a day..

Pretty good.I am doing more strict version omad. So when fasted I drink only water and black coffee.I also do carnivore so thats even more simple approach, just meat and butter.Feelin fine and lots of strength and energy🎉

I got sick eating raw salmon thinking it was smoked salmon. I broke out wit hives, stomach pain and such. I had to go to emergent care. I was prescribed medication. "My question is, What naturally, can I take to kill parasites from Salmon?" Oh, I started to eat two to one meals a day. I eat two meals when I am going through a glutton phase in life.

I just can’t help but tho k if you are eating one meal a day but, synthetic vitamin drinks then it’s really just your meal liquified. That sounds the same as people on feeding tube. If you’re drinking the meal it’s really no difference than blending up your food and drinking it. Doesn’t sound like much difference.
