Some people back in 3rd century won't believe the kind of the questions we ask these days.

I would’ve said to that guy “who wants to know?”

When Einstein was explaining to a professor his digital simulation theory, the professor asked " then what's reality?". Einstein thought for a moment, reached across the desk and slapped him. "That is reality!" Can't think of a better explanation.

This silly philosophy mixed with quantum physics had me losing my mind when I was an atheist

"How can you prove you exist?"

Jordan Peterson: Well it depends what you mean by how. And it depends what you mean by prove. And it depends what you mean by exist.

That was a bad question to ask because in order to answer the question you would have to exist. But let’s put that aside, if no one really existed that means anything goes. Murder, rape, theft, etc. because we aren’t really here. And that’s the reality of that thinking.

Ravi Zacharias tells of a professor who asked back "And whom may I say is asking the question"?

I believe that there are variations of this question, and I think that we, christians, should be ready to answer them.
For instance, it is extremely hard to find a Christian who deals with these variations, like, the idea of a simulated reality, or a world that was created 5 minutes ago with all of your memories.
Of course that we do not live in a simulation, or in a 5- minute- created universe, and I know that for some reasons, that are basically these: All of these are ideas, if you stop to think about them, and if you really know God, you will notice that they are self refuting. It is pretty much the "nothing can be known" argument. It is self refuting.
What I am trying to say is that, we live in a post modern society, where Truth (in their perspective) doesn't exist. And we, as christians, can't just say to these people that come with these arguments: " oh come on, that's ridiculous". That won't help those in need

I see myself in the mirror every morning. Good enough for me. 😁

Paul said “it’s no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me.” And when Paul messes up he says, “it’s no longer I myself who’s doing it, but it is sin living in me.”

Whuuuut!😄 I can't believe this guy asked such a question.
If I dropped a cement block on his foot, would he finally get that he exist due to the agonizing pain?
Did the pain exist? Or, was it all just in his mind despite the pain telling him otherwise.
His painful yell will surely show him the block existed to cause pain to his existing foot.
Wow! The questions that some folks ask without thinking.

We don’t live our lives based on proof, but based off of EVIDENCE. We can’t prove that we exist but the evidence shows that we do.

One of those questions that sounded good in your head until spoken out loud lol!

He answered that beautifully. It just sounds absurd at an infantile level to say you can't prove you exist. Furthermore, if we're all just molecules in motion how do those molecules even formulate a coherent question if they don't exist in very intentional form.

when people try to question GOD's existence this kind of people arise
may GOD help them

Simple answer, you can only prove that you exist not anyone else. No one assumes solipsism since it is incredibly impractical and believing other minds exist is properly basic (properly basic is a very interesting concept which I would recommend looking up).

This only proves "I am", not anything that could come after.

The question itself is sophomoric and nonsensical, but Frank does a great job dealing with it without becoming snarky.
