I am lean and fit, 33 yrs old, and all I do is 15 mins of pilates 4 times a week, and 30 mins walking on treadmill at 3 speed 6 times a week. I eat a well balanced diet and enjoy 1.5 glasses of wine per night. Balance is the key to happiness ladies❤ 5 foot 3, 105 pounds, and 1800 cals per day, u will see results.

How and what you eat will be everything in your results. Movement is awesome, can expedite results, but diet is really key.

No one’s going to get fit just by working out (not an insult) you have to eat well, hydrate, and get good sleep- it’s not just one factor <3

What about walking workouts, pilates, and a calorie deficit? I don’t expect to be shredded or have visible abs in fact all I want is a typical looking body and that for me means just a leaner appearance.

150 steps or 10, 000? Lwts get specifics. I usually get 230, 000/250, 000 steps a month.
