Cool review. Mine just arrived this evening and I’ll be deploying it this weekend. I did order some of their regular polish pads. Mainly using it to cut the time, waxing and using glazes. Didn’t want to sink a bunch of money into it. I use to own a rotary back in the day. So starting with this one.

Great video.
I have the same buffer & I’m wondering if you ever encountered with using the same lake country pads that have those like wholes just like the one you show case on this video.
I used a black finishing pad and it left those marks prints on the paint 😢
Since then I’ve been hesitant to use this buffer but I am looking to give my customers better protection then just a spray on rinse off sealant.

Looking into getting this as well, and noticed the batteries are very similar to Milwaukees m12s, do you by any chance have any m12s in the shop that you could test to see if they are similar or even work with the machine? If nothing else it seems solid enough for you it's purpose, and this is the exact reason I'm wanting to get it, sealants, glazes and waxes. Thanks for the vid man 🤙

J, I've been debating to get one of these because i like the quiet aspect of it. My question is, can you do light paint polishing with say M205 finishing polish. Does it have enough power to remove oxidation? My other choice was there bigger DA battery one for $250 but I know that thing is going to be noisey

Can the SPTA do a 1 step correct on car paint... Like a 1 and Done product? Does it have enough torque to do small sections at a time? Thank you in advanced...

Hi! Im thinking of getting this. I have no experience with this kind of tools whatsoever. Is this thing save for beginners? I just want something to help me apply wax faster, easier, and not have swirls. I'm just worried that I might damage the paint... Any tips?
