I was taking birth control the injection and that was in 2022 and I have been trying to get pregnant but no luck and I skipped last year december and got it on 1 Jan but it finnished 3 Jan know I'm confused and my periods are irregular pregnancy test says negative

Doctor ever since I had an incident my own life change sometimes I feel sad every night I normally find my Seif unable to sleep I will think about my mistake cry feel bad once is 12am I cannot sleep sometimes 3am to 5am then I can sleep a little now my period is not as before I did thyroid test it normal but I don't know what to do before then my circle is usually 28days but now it delay it will delay for 4to5 days and my temperature is sometimes hot am so tire and I am always depress I don't feel happy always sad I don't feel like going out I don't know if these are the reason for my delay period I usually have painful mensual period so painful that I feel like dying please doctor what do I do it been two years now and I have not been with any man no sex no relationship because I don't feel anything like relationship all I do is to think about my past the incident that happened to me.
