My great grandfather had a big stone wheel but you have had to push the pedal with your leg, and do the angle by your hand in the same time.. This is much better 👍 I have to go to village to see if the wheel is still in the yard to modify it 😁

me, as a kid, trying to use the angle grinder but thinking "oiling the knife would work even better"

I think the most interesting part of this is the SFPM of the Grinding Wheel.... That's DAMN slow and the clean water flushes away swarf as it comes off the Blade as it generates almost no heat at all... 🤔

I have this knife and prefer a Lansky jig for a lasting razor edge.

As long as you got the cheddar, they got the sharpener. To me, it looks more like a belt, drive and the water circulates on the belt.
