I have vs 2022 and windows 11. I did not see the reference libraries for envdte and Microsoft.visualbasic. Devices which was in vs 2008. I get error message saying need net 4.0 but I don't see 4.0 in Microsoft download. How to get this functional ality in vs 2022?
