Is it a Cortado or Flat White

Did I make a perfect Cortado with a little extra, what do you think?

Great video. Onto the point and nothing pretentious.

Thanks for the accidental “how to pull a shot on a modded Gaggia Classic Pro” - I really want to do the dimmer mod w/ pressure gauge but I’m afraid of breaking the machine along the way and suffering an espresso outage waiting for parts 😮 Before you think this is over-worrying, I’ve done this the last couple times I worked on espresso machines. Still, it won’t stop me in the long run - I will just re-watch your first video over and over until I’m brimming with confidence!

Well if you ordered a flat white in Australia (where the FW was 'invented') you would get it in a bigger cup so you certainly are not a flat white. That said, that is a decent dollop of milk making it probably more than a cortado - so call it a cortado plus. That is pretty much my go to drink as well by the way.

How difficult was the manometer install? Any blueprint you used or could you make a video on this in the future? Thanks!

Can’t you do the water spray thingy so you don’t have to bang and roll the grind catcher?

Personally I think a cortado should be 4 oz and flat white is 5-6 oz

Forgive me, I still don’t say ESS-Spresso. One day, I’ll finally get it.
