Today, I travelled to Oxfordshire County, home of the world-famous Oxford University, to explore an investment opportunity for building new homes. I met a property developer, Rajinder Singh, who introduced us to the development opportunity. Compared with your other portfolios in Cyprus, Switzerland etc, I would say the Oxford prospects are directed at those who have a professional reason for living there, whereas the other countries is more motivated by lifestyle options. It's still interesting to review in any case.
