Good shopping. Be careful when it comes to family dollar & dollar general. They're stuff is cheaper but it's also smaller quantities.

Always read the label on Olive Oil. Many less expensive brands are deceiving. They are not 100% olive oil and can contain soybean oil and other oils.

My kids used to say I'm not eating that cuz it came from Aldi so what I did was save the name brand boxes and put the stuff in those until 1 day I forgot and my son was a kid he's a grown man now he loves still to this day french toast sticks and cinnamon rolls and he ate them both 1 day and had never ever went back he will tell u hands down Aldi has the best cinnamon rolls the ones u have to bake yes he can taste the difference I tried he can ..

Make your own mayo its cheaper and very easy.. just egg, oil of choice and lemon juice. that way you know what is in it.

I think the lists are good. Keep them a few weeks. You will easily see which store you buy what at, and i feel writing up your new list is easier is quicker. Good job with listing by store for best price. I find Aldi is ususlly best price and if I start there I try and get all the best priced items I can.

This is how I grocery shop. I write a list under the store name I'm going to, how many of that item I need. Works for my large family.
