Don’t sleep on Harbinger of dawn- at R5 lvl 90 (very easy to get to) it gives nearly 50% crit damage bonus and it’s passive gives 28% crit rate bonus when HP is above 90%. If you don’t want to spend money it’s a great DPS option!

Upcoming weapon banner is pretty good, that is because of following reasons:
Both the five stars as well as two of the four stars are incredible good for Yae Miko and Yoimiya as well as Amber and Wanderer. The five stars have high crit DMG like a bit at least. And the four stars are nice too I think it's one of the best weapon banners, the best one being Aqua Simulacra and Staff of Homa
