I always make sure to have at least one max refinement of every three star weapon. They're good for early setups of characters, even if you don't plan to keep the three star weapon on them.

black tassel too!!! there are quite a few polearm shielders and healers who scale on hp (zhongli, candace, yaoyao, mika) so getting a black tassel and slapping it on them is really beneficial for all the extra hp% you get out of it. the only downside is the passive does nothing except increase your damage against slimes which is oddly specific 🤣

Magic Guide is a great weapon for Lisa, and probably Yae Miko. Really helps just delete the Oceanid as fast as it can release hydro animals.

Skyrider Sword is one of my mainstays with Kaeya; given how short the cooldown on his elemental skill is, I can make him practically teleport around the field with its movement buff.

People should immediately look at 3 star weapons more often since we've gotten more and more characters who don't care for attack, and the moment atk stops mattering, the fairly high scaling substats and strong passives on 3*s shine alot more.

White Tassel is also one of the few permanently missable weapons in the game.

Messenger, White Tassel, Skyrider Greatsword, the jade catalyst (I forget the name) you can only get a limited amount from as they only spawn in Liyue chests.

Best to R5 at least one copy of them, then you're free to spend them however you want.

By the way, the white tassel is unobtainable through the gacha, so the only way for you to get one is by opening Liyue chests.
If you've already used the weapon for upgrading other weapons - then good luck.

Honestly, I also very much like the Cold Steel... on ref 5 it gives 24% bonus dmg on cryo and Hydro and solid Atk stats

Harbinger of dawn makes my Xingqiu go brrr. He's off field 99% of the time so he doesn't take any damage if I time it right

I would racommend using jarbinger of dawn for off field dps like xinqiu or even charachters like layla if you want to do some damage with them, i have an off field dps layla running harbinger of dawn and it helps a lot with her overall dmg
