This came *right* on time. I’ve struggled a lot with my eating pattern recently and fell quite terribly today by binge eating/purging. It’s time to make a decision.

The past 4 years have taught me a lot about choosing sickness or health, and who gains financially by our sickness and whom the only One to trust for maintaining health. So glad to hear he mentioned Charles Finney. He's one of the greatest revivalists of all time because he submitted so fully to God's will. And his converts STAYED converted because he followed up. Also he sent some members of his team ahead of him to pray for revival in that town. They prayed so much beforehand that God granted them great success in ministering the gospel to the lost.

Must agree with the mealtime advice. How did it come to be that we wake up and eat, take dinner at noon and supper at 6pm? Eat when you are hungry, not when another tells you to eat. Obviously, the crux of the issue is 'true hunger" which is in the throat, not the stomach.
