Concluding the ongoing litigation over the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET-UG) 2024 examination, the Supreme Court bench, led by Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud and including Justices JB Pardiwala and Manoj Misra, dismissed the pleas for re-conducting the NEET UG 2024 exam. These pleas arose from allegations of a paper leak. The bench determined there was no systemic breach warranting the cancellation of the entire exam, which was held on May 5, 2024.
