The Centre on Thursday told the Supreme Court that the grace marks of 1563 students who appeared for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate 2024 (NEET-UG 2024) will be cancelled and they will have the option to reappear for the exam. The court, after hearing the Centre’s decision, said that a re-exam will be conducted for the 1,563 students, which is scheduled to be held on June 23.

“A subsequent Committee has made recommendations after deliberations which are placed before us. According to recommendation, scorecards of 1563 candidates will be cancelled and stand withdrawn. A re-exam will be conducted for these 1563 candidates. The results of those who don’t wish to appear will be based on their actual marks without compensatory marks,” the Vacation Bench comprising Justices Vikram Nath and Sandeep Mehta said.

in Mizoram also one of the center who have more than 300 students did exam who loss time 20-30 minutes . Those students dont approach court because of remote locality. Those people submit their complain to NTA through the state government, Mizoram. But NTA seems take no action

Give punishment to only defaulters not to all. Defaulters are 1) who were given grace marks. 2) who were used leaked NEET paper for examination. 3) who registered for NEET examination during reopened registration window (9-10th April) 4) who got less time during NEET examination. But we would like lawyers like him who are nationalists who love Bharath should come forward to take cases like the guarantee card scam of Rahul gandhi and argue on the courts to disqualify these MPs who have bribed the people for votes, atleast he should support Vibhor Kumar who has initiated this and given an application to the President of India to take action in this scam. If these nationalist lawyers take up such cases nobody in future will try to bribed the people in future where the election results can be affected which is dangerous for the security of Bharath.
